Brooklyn

The man depicted in the police sketch mugged a 72-year-old woman in the elevator of a Red Hook apartment building, authorities said.

The gutless goon cornered the elderly victim in the building on Centre Mall in the Red Hook Houses at about 10 p.m. on June 25, cops said.

He demanded money from the senior citizen, who surrendered $31 and was not hurt, police said.

The robber, believed to be in his mid-20s, has black hair and brown eyes, stands 5-foot-4 and weighs 175 pounds, cops said.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a striped blue shirt and blue jeans.

The Bronx

The man pictured hailed a livery taxi in Longwood and robbed the driver while choking him with a seatbelt, authorities said.

The felonious fare flagged down the cabby on Westchester Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. Monday, according to cops.

While the cab was on Lowell Street, the robber suddenly pulled a seatbelt against the driver’s neck and demanded money, police said.

The cabby surrendered his cellphone, and the crook jumped out and fled on foot, officials said.

The suspect is bald, sports a close-cropped goatee and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, authorities said.

Cops are looking for the man pictured above who allegedly robbed three cabdrivers in Port Morris in separate incidents over the past month.

A 37-year-old cabby picked up the thug and a female companion in Manhattan at 6 a.m. on June 5.

They asked to be taken to East 134th Street and Willow Avenue in The Bronx, officials said.

At the destination, the crook reached through the backseat partition and snatched the driver’s bag containing $700 in cash and several credit cards, police said.

Last Saturday, the taxi-targeting thief took a cab to East 134th Street and Brook Avenue, where he again reached through the partition and swiped the hack’s bag, authorities said.

The satchel contained an unspecified sum of cash.

The next morning at 5:45, the robber took a cab to Willow Avenue near East 136th Street and pulled a knife on the driver, according to cops.

The cabby forked over $50 and a cellphone, police said.

The suspect has black hair and brown eyes, is believed to be between 5-foot-11 and 6-foot-1, and weighs between 160 and 180 pounds, cops said.

He was last seen wearing a red and black baseball cap, a white polo shirt with black stripes, blue jeans and red and white sneakers, authorities said.

Staten Island

Their future isn’t looking all that bright.

The two women stocked up for summer by swiping 30 pairs of sunglasses worth a total of $7,350 from an eyeglass store in the Staten Island Mall, cops said.

The duo walked into the LensCrafters on the upper level of the mall in Heartland Village at 11 a.m. on June 20, grabbed the shades and ran off, law-enforcement authorities said.

One of the thieves was last seen wearing a dark blue long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black open-toe shoes.

Her accomplice was wearing a gray and white dress with black open-toe shoes.

That was some BB-gun BS.

A gun-toting dope blasted a hole through the door of a New Brighton bodega last week, then later told cops he thought he had been firing a BB pistol.

Jaquan Allston, 22, gave the lame excuse when he was busted for allegedly shooting through the glass door of Johnny Food and Deli Corp. at about 3:15 a.m. last Friday while a clerk was on duty inside.

“I was showing off what I thought was a BB gun. I didn’t know it was a real firearm,” Allston allegedly told cops after being picked up Monday. “I apologize for any damages and if I have to, I will pay for the window.”

He was charged with reckless endangerment, possession of a weapon and criminal mischief.
