‘Game of Thrones’ reveals new cast members

HBO on Friday confirmed several new cast members for the upcoming season of “Game of Thrones.”

Among the “GoT” newbies are Alexander Siggig, who will play Doran Martell, the ruling lord of the Dorne and older brother to the late Prince Oberyn Martell, who’s described as “even-tempered and deliberate,” unlike his dead bro.

Toby Sebastian joins the cast as Trystane Martell, who is Prince Doran’s son and who has been betrothed to Myrcella Baratheon, the eldest child of Cersei Lannister.

Her father is actually Cersei’s brother, Jamie Lannister (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) — though “officially” her father is the late King Robert Baratheon. She will be played by Nell Tiger Free.

Also cast on the hugely popular series: DeObia Oparei as Areo Hotah — the veteran captain of Doran Martell’s palace guard — and Enzo Cilenti as Yezzan, who’s described as “an extremely wealthy slave trader” before the slave trade was outlawed by Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke).
