Oscar Pistorius re-enacted on video the fatal shooting of Reeva Steenkamp — standing on his stumps and pointing an imaginary gun, Britain’s Telegraph newspaper reports.
In chilling footage leaked to Australian TV station Channel 7, the paralympian, nicknamed “Blade Runner,” runs awkwardly as several men in suits appear to direct his actions.
In another sequence, he is filmed struggling on all fours to pull a brunette’s limp body out of a bathroom similar to the one in his home in Pretoria.
There is no audio for the tape; the newspaper said it was unclear why the re-enactment was prepared, but it was not shown at his trial.
The video gives the lie to what some witnesses had told the court — that Pistorius was vulnerable and unable to run without his artificial legs.
