A bicyclist was fatally struck by an unlicensed livery driver in East Harlem Monday morning, cops said.

Jerrison Garcia, 25, was riding south on Park Avenue alongside the cab at around 5:15 a.m. when the driver, Nojeem Odunfa, 65, made a left turn onto East 108th Street and struck him, police said.

Garcia was dragged for several feet before the cab finally came to a halt, police sources said.

The victim was rushed to nearby Mount Sinai Hospital in traumatic arrest and later succumbed to his injuries, officials said.

Odunfa, of The Bronx, stayed at the scene where he was given a Breathalyzer test and passed, police sources said.
