Broker to get $15K after accusing employer of discrimination

A fetching broker at a hip Williamsburg real estate firm who was accused of uploading nude pics to company servers and pilfering exclusive listings has agreed to accept $15,000 in damages from her accuser for discrimination, according to a Brooklyn federal court filing.

The owners of Nooklyn real estate originally hit Stephanie Gribbin with a $300,000 lawsuit last year for allegedly posting racy photographs of herself to the company’s accounts and stealing valuable Brooklyn real estate listings after she was canned.

The complaint also accused her of vengefully deleting company files before leaving and attempting to poach longtime Nooklyn clients.

The company’s attorneys said that Gribbin’s actions hurt the fledgling business that caters to Greenpoint and Williamsburg hipsters and demanded damages.

But Gribbin – who represented herself in court – countered that her bosses trumped up the charges after she filed a complaint against them for allegedly terminating her because she became pregnant.

After a legal tussle in Brooklyn federal court, the Long Island native agreed to accept $15,000 in damages from the firm.

Gribbin said the photos were tasteful art shots that she transmitted on company computers but never intended for public consumption.

Citing her agreement, Gribbin declined to comment on the settlement.

She has since started her own real estate consulting firm.
