Looks like a British Pokemon fanatic caught them all and has amassed the world’s largest collection of memorabilia.

Lisa Courtney, 26, caught the Pokemon bug when she was 9-years-old and since then has collected more than 16,000 trading cards, stuffed animals, toys and clothes from the Japanese animated series, Barcroft reports.

The Welwyn Garden City resident hoarded so many items over the years that she was forced to boot her own mother from the master bedroom and moved her into the smallest room – just so she could accommodate her massive collection.

Courtney said it was love at first sight when she caught a glimpse of a picture of Pikachu in a Nintendo magazine as a young child.

From that day forth, the Pokemon devotee began stockpiling merchandise which she has used to help get her through tough times.

“I started collecting when I was getting bullied at school,” Courtney said. “Pokemon was the only thing that made me feel happy.”

Her reign as the world’s biggest Pokemon fan as gone on since 2009, when Guinness awarded her the world record for largest collection of memorabilia at 12,113 items.

Five years later, Courtney’s fascination with the Japanese phenomenon has only gotten stronger.

She said she spends seven hours a week scanning the internet for new Pokemon releases she can buy and trade while also visiting numerous shops on her weekends, according to Barcroft.

“I will always collect Pokemon,” Courtney said.

“I will never stop, there’s always something new to get.”
