A man was fatally shot at an East Harlem housing project Tuesday, cops said.
The victim was found injured inside a building at the East River Houses on East 102 Street near 1st Avenue around 1:05 p.m., cops said.
Police and EMS responded and pronounced the unidentified man dead at the scene, officials said.
It was not immediately clear what motivated the attack, cops said.
