Car surfer falls off Dunkin’ Donuts truck

A Dunkin’ Donuts delivery driver fled the scene of an accident in Brooklyn after a man allegedly jumped on his truck and was run over, police said Friday.

Muhammad Fares, 30, was driving in Greenpoint around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday when Jeffery Arbelaez, 22, jumped on the front right side of the truck, cops said.

Arbelaez continued to hang on until he was eventually thrown from the car, cops said

Fares fled and was later arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

Arbelaez was rushed to Bellevue Hospital and is in stable condition.

Law enforcement sources originally told the Post the driver was unaware that Arbelaez jumped onto the truck. Upon further investigation they determined Fares was aware and knowingly fled the scene.
