Severed head found on Long Island, part of missing woman’s body

Cops believe that a severed head found on Long Island Thursday is that of a Brooklyn woman whose hacked-up body parts have been found in separate locations over the past week.

The head, discovered in Hempstead, is believed to be that of Chinelle Latoya Browne, a Guyanese native who moved to Brownsville about a year ago, according to law-enforcement sources.

Browne’s torso and legs had been found in a weed-strewn lot in Bay Shore, LI, on July 8.

One arm was found on a lawn in Hempstead the next day and the other was discovered just down the road.
