The owners of 70 Pine St. — Rose Associates and DTH Capital — have signed a contract with Furnished Quarters to manage 132 extended-stay hotel units in the 66-story landmark.
The hotel will be on floors 3-6 of 70 Pine, which will consist mostly of 664 luxury rental apartments. The hotel portion will open this fall, around the same time as the first apartments, Rose Associates co-president Adam R. Rose said.
Luxury apparel and accessories brand Peter Millar has signed a lease for a two-level flagship at 536 Madison Ave. The 1,700-square-foot boutique will replace a pop-up store on East 57th Street.
Douglas Elliman’s Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino repped landlord E Plus E. The asking rent was $700 a square foot. Hanley Advisors repped Peter Millar.
