‘Human Ken’ to release his own look-alike doll

A young Brazilian model who spent thousands of dollars on plastic surgery to look like a Ken doll is set to release his own line of look-alike dolls.

Celso Santebanes, 20, spent over $54,000 on four operations on his nose, chin, jaw and chest, in a bid to resemble Barbie’s famous boyfriend.

Last week, Santebanes announced he will be releasing a line of “Celso Dolls.”

Santebanes says he was inspired to become “a human puppet” after his family told him he had a physical resemblance to Ken.

“I never expected to have a toy myself,” he wrote on his Instagram page.

“I went to the city to become a model … I dreamt of being a human puppet, but having one in my image was completely unexpected.”

Santebanes told a Brazilian newspaper he plans to have more surgery and charge for VIP public appearances.

“I think I’m 90 percent of what I want to be,” he said.

“I intend to do more surgeries, but do not know what. For now my investment is being in the gym, for Ken is strong and I am skinny.”
