Broker who brawled in swanky gym settles no-jail deal

A Wall Street broker who brawled with a Manhattan salesman at the tony New York Athletic Club – leaving him with a broken eye socket – has completed the terms of his no-jail plea deal.

Colin Drowica, 31, was sentenced to a conditional discharge Monday after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault in the 2012 fight at the club’s Tap Room bar.

Drowica, a director at Knight Capital, was ordered to 10 days community service, which he completed at a Long Island YMCA, his lawyer said.

He also coughed up $12,588 for victim Andrew Haesler’s medical bills.

“He is relieved to have it all over,” said Drowica’s attorney Isabelle Krishner.

Haesler, 50, filed a civil suit against Drowica and his Wall Street pal Peter Doran, 29, claiming he was slugged after trying to breaking up a fight involving another bar patron.

“Defendant Drowica punched me in the face, fracturing my right orbital bone,” Haesler said in an affidavit. “I was removed from the area of the fight by friends.”

Haesler also claimed, while on the ground, Doran threw punches at him while Drowica kicked him in the head.

The trio has a court hearing on Wednesday on the civil matter.
