15 Central Park West apartment sold for $13.07 million

An apartment at 15 Central Park West that was once owned by Evan Cole, who co-founded ABC Home — now owned by his ex-wife and business partner Paulette Cole — has just sold for $13.07 million. The 2,512-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom unit was asking $13.9 million and had been on the market for 289 days, according to Streeteasy.com. (It was asking $14.9 million last year.)

The unit comes with great entertaining spaces, a formal dining room, and a windowed, eat-in chef’s kitchen, including double wall ovens.

“House of Outrageous Fortune” author Michael Gross says on his blog that the current owners/sellers are Roxanne and Daniel Martino (Roxanne is the CEO of Aurora Investment Management) and that the buyer is an LLC called Park 15. Noel Berk and Liz Mercedes Berk, at Mercedes Berk, had the listing.
