Questlove loves some baseball, Jack White not so much

If there’s one thing we learned from Tuesday night’s baseball action, it’s that Questlove appears to enjoy baseball a lot more than Jack White.

Questlove, the drummer for The Roots aka Jimmy Fallon’s band on “The Tonight Show,” stayed at the Yankees-Rangers game deep into extra innings, enjoying his vantage from the front row. As the game droned on, Questlove’s only concern was the Yankees securing a win before he had to leave to DJ at actor Marlon Wayans’ birthday party.

With an Instagram photo of newcomer Chase Headley in the on-deck circle, he wrote: “Chase warming up#yankees #11thInning #gottabeonstageat1amnowLetsGo!”

He finally left the game in the 13th inning … and the Yankees won in the 14th, on a single by Headley.

White, of The White Stripes fame, looked like he wanted to be anywhere but Wrigley Field, even as the Cubs blanked the Padres, 6-0, in a routine nine innings.
