A woman is fighting for her life after being struck by a delivery vehicle in the West Village, cops said.

The 63-year-old driver plowed into her on northbound Hudson Street at West 10th Street around 3 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.

The 25-year-old woman ran into the street in the pouring rain and the driver didn’t immediately see her, police sources said.

Courtney Kennedy, 25, was nearly killed when she was struck by the Ford van at Hudson and West 10th street at about 3 a.m., cops said.

Cops said there was no criminality on the part of the driver, who remained at the scene.

Kennedy was taken to Bellevue Hospital with bleeding on the brain and severe body trauma, officials said.

It wasn’t immediately clear whom he works for, but the driver is not believed to have been charged with a crime, cops said.
