Awkward: Obama dines with Hillary after she slammed policies

President Obama and Hillary Clinton made nice Wednesday night over surf-and-turf.

The president and Michelle Obama welcomed Clinton and ex-prez hubby Bill to their table at the seaside Farm Neck Golf Club on Martha’s Vineyard during a party for their mutual pal, Ann Jordan, wife of former Clinton adviser Vernon Jordan.

The Obamas even hit the dance floor for nearly every song, according to the White House.

They “were happy to have the chance to spend time with Secretary Clinton and former President Clinton,” White House principal deputy press secretary Eric Schultz said of the highly anticipated birthday party. “A good time was had by all.”

It was the first meeting between the onetime Democratic rivals since Hillary Clinton slammed Obama’s strategy in the Middle East earlier this week.

“Great nations need organizing principles, and ‘Don’t do stupid stuff’ is not an organizing principle,” Clinton said in an interview with The Atlantic.
