A man who fatally shot an out-of-town visitor in a St. Albans park has been arrested, authorities said.

Ajaya Neale, 26, shot Joel Rashko in the head just ­after 3 p.m. on May 10 in Roy Wilkins Park near Merrick Boulevard and 118th Avenue, according to cops.

Rashko, 24, of Virginia, died at Jamaica Hospital, police said.

Cops busted Neale after a six-week investigation on charges of murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

Law-enforcement officials said the deadly gunplay was apparently gang-related.


A subway sicko exposed himself to a female straphanger on a train in Briarwood, police said.

The woman, 48, was sitting on the E train at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday when she noticed the man sitting in front of her exposing himself just as the train rolled into the Jamaica/Van Wyck station, cops said.

Authorities said the creep fled the train at the next stop before officers could arrive.

The suspect, believed to be between 35 and 40 years old, stands about 5-foot-8.

Brooklyn

Three men were shot on a Flatbush street, cops said.

The three were on East 51st Street near Linden Boulevard when a man ­approached at 9:50 p.m. Friday, police said.

A 27-year-old was shot in the left ankle, another 27-year-old was shot in the left arm and a 41-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the left leg, cops said.

The three were treated for non-life-threatening wounds, authorities said.


A 24-year-old man was shot in Crown Heights, cops said.

The victim got into a fight with two men in an apartment on Montgomery Street and Rogers Avenue at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, cops said, and one suddenly pulled a pistol and shot him, cops said.

The victim was in stable condition at Kings County Hospital, cops said.

The Bronx

A man was shot multiple times near Claremont Park, cops said.

The 37-year-old victim was in front of a deli at Webster Avenue and East 170th Street at 1 a.m. Saturday, when he was approached by the triggerman, believed to be in his early 30s, cops said.

The 5-foot-10 suspect, who weighs between 180 and 210 pounds, pulled a pistol and shot the man in the head, torso and legs, cops said.

The victim was in critical condition at Lincoln Hospital, cops said.


A thug snatched a man’s chain at gunpoint in Foxhurst, authorities said.

The crook walked up to the 26-year-old victim on Westchester Avenue near Faile Street at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, drew a silver revolver and yanked the chain from the victim’s neck, according to cops.

The suspect, who stands about 5-foot-7 and weighs 170 pounds, was last seen wearing a yellow hat bearing the letters “NYC” and a dark-colored shirt.
