Video of man shot in head at nightclub put on Facebook

A horrific video of a man who was shot in the head in a Long Island nightclub was posted on Facebook — and shows club-goers ignoring the victim as he lay on the floor bleeding.

The victim, seen in the video, was one of two men in their early 20s who were injured when a gunman opened fire on a crowd inside a restaurant and lounge called Mint in Garden City around 3:25 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

A large group got into a brawl inside the club just before shots rang out, according to police. It’s not clear yet what sparked the mayhem.

The victim, who is in critical condition, can be seen on the graphic video sprawled out on the floor, with blood spurting from the wound as people just walk by without helping him.

Another victim, shot in the leg during the melee, is in stable condition, cops said. Both men were taken to area hospitals for treatment.

No arrests have been made and police do not have a description of the suspect.

A Facebook user posted the video Sunday and then removed it by Monday morning.

FlyHeight, which bills itself as an entertainment website for the hottest videos, music and news, still had the gruesome images. Police have seen the video showing the victim suffering amid shattered wreckage of the club.

It was posted under the title “Man shot in the head at NYC Nightclub,” but law enforcement sources confirmed it was the shooting at Mint in Nassau County early Sunday.

“This n—a just got shot in his head son,” one witness says. “Crazy.”

People can be heard screaming in the background while the club-goer adds: “More shots going off. C’mon, c’mon. Yo cuz, let’s go! Someone I don’t give a f— about.”

Homicide detectives investigating the shooting have seen the video, sources said.
