Cop-punching Spider-Man to don mask again

The Times Square “Spider-Man” charged with slugging an NYPD cop plans to don his mask and tights again — but first intends to file his own complaint against the officer, a panhandling pal said Wednesday.

Junior Bishop, 25, went back to the Crossroads of the World on Wednesday afternoon, but in street clothes instead of his self-styled, black-and-red Spidey suit, said the friend, who was dressed as Batman.

Bishop, who got bailed out of the Tombs under cover of darkness Tuesday night, was looking for temporary work as a tour guide or a cook, the costumed crony said.

“He’s not going to return as a character for at least two or three months,” the friend said.

Batman also said Bishop planned to file an official complaint against arresting Officer Eduardo Molina “because [Bishop] says he was punched first” during the infamous incident Saturday.

“I saw the fight. The police had been harassing him for three hours before it happened,” said Batman, who declined to give his real name for fear of NYPD reprisals.

Bishop, who’s also solicited tips while dressed as Cookie Monster, was caught on video slugging Molina after the cop confronted him for demanding $10 a photo to pose with tourists.

But while Bishop’s Facebook page features photos of him clutching thick wads of cash and counting out dollar bills in a bathroom, he was unable to post $3,500 bail and got tossed in the slammer for three days after Saturday’s fight with Molina.

Bishop wasn’t at his family’s Brooklyn home Wednesday, and his mother and sister both declined to comment.

Mayor Bill de Blasio vowed a crackdown on Times Square’s costumed characters — including a new law requiring them to get city licenses — in the wake of Bishop’s arrest.
