Pandemonium erupted on a crowded Emirates jet bound for JFK Airport when a deranged passenger shouted, “Terrorist! Terrorist!” while pointing at others, sources said.
The tense situation occurred several hours before the flight from Milan was due to land Thursday.
Marck Polacky, 26, of Slovenia, locked himself inside a bathroom he trashed, but after 15 minutes, three crew members led him to a seat, where he was restrained with plastic ties, the sources said.
The jet landed at 6:30 p.m. and Polacky was met by officials from the FBI, the TSA, Homeland Security and Customs, denied US entry and sent home.
