Cops are still looking for the driver of the light colored GMC 1500 Series Sierra pick-up truck that plowed into the victim, who had just parked his car on 101st Avenue shortly after midnight Wednesday.
Both men had gotten into a beef moments earlier on nearby 99th Street, police said. As the victim parked and exited his car, the driver of the pick-up truck bumped into the victim with his vehicle before running him over moments later, according to police.
Police say the victim was hit and dragged for several feet by the truck.
The victim sustained serious injuries to his back and abdomen, as well as skin abrasions from road rash. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital where he was treated and eventually released.
