School worker sues over retaliation after she reported classroom-sex antics

A Queens guidance counselor says she was subjected to a vicious campaign of retaliation when she ratted out colleagues using her school office for sex.

Longtime counselor Deborah Berger, 65, of Jericho, LI, is now suing the Department of Education over the alleged incidents — including slashing her car tires, stealing personal photos from her desk and defacing her office with feces.

Berger had no disciplinary record at PS 9 in Maspeth until 2010, when she reported the “inappropriate sexual affairs” in the “offices where students receive counseling,” her suit says.

Principal Robert Wojnarowski said he knew about the frisky business but ignored it, according to the suit. Instead, he told the randy teachers that Berger had complained, court papers claim.

That’s when she started receiving threats — loud knocks on her wall, dirt dumped on her desk and urine in her office.

Berger reported the 2013 tire-slashing incident to cops, the suit says — and then she got an “unsatisfactory” rating from the principal, lost a summer counseling job and was too distressed to return to work.
