Here’s your first look at Grant Gustin in his exciting new role as “The Flash,” CW’s upcoming series based on the classic DC Comics character.
Production begins next week on the series pilot, produced by Warner Bros. Television and based on the story of scientist Barry Allen, who, through a freak accident, is given the power of super speed — transforming him into The Flash, the fastest man alive.
The Flash’s costume was designed by three-time Oscar winner Colleen Atwood, who also designed the costume for The CW’s “Arrow,” in which Barry Allen made his first appearance.
Gustin, 24, also played Sebastian in “Glee” and Campbell in “90210.”
