Brooklyn mother found dead in her apartment

A mother of two was found dead in her Brooklyn apartment Tuesday afternoon, and authorities were questioning her boyfriend Wednesday morning, cops said.

Shawntel Davis, 25, was found unconscious on the living room floor of her Bedford-Stuyvesant residence just before 2 p.m., officials said.

The woman suffered trauma to her head and was found in her Roosevelt Houses apartment.

Davis, who had signs of trauma to her head, was pronounced dead inside the 16th-floor apartment in the Roosevelt Houses on Dekalb Avenue near Lewis Avenue, according to authorities.

Police were questioning Davis’ boyfriend and father of her two children early Wednesday morning, but cops said no arrests had been made in the case and the investigation is ongoing.
