Radio host calls Erin Andrews ‘gutless b—h’ for All-Star interview

From the comfort and distance of his Boston radio studio, Kirk Minihane name-called sideline reporter Erin Andrews a “gutless bitch” over her handling of a television interview during the All-Star Game.

And Andrews is gutless?

The “Dennis and Callahan Morning Show” co-host’s foul tirade against the FOX sideline reporter seemed to be set off by Andrews closing her one-question interview with NL starting pitcher Adam Wainwright — on the hot seat after suggesting he grooved a first-inning fastball to Derek Jeter — by saying: “Well, we appreciate you clearing that up. Don’t you love social media?”

” ‘We appreciate you clearing that up. Don’t you love social media?'” Minihane said on Wednesday’s broadcast on WEEI, mockingly mimicking Andrews then repeating Wainwright’s response. “‘No, I don’t love social media.’

“I hate her! What a gutless b—h! Go away. Drop dead. I mean, seriously, what the hell is wrong with her? First of all, follow up. Second of all, the guy admitted he did it. He [admitted] he told reporters he threw a couple of pipe [shots]. How is that social media’s fault? I hate her. Don’t you love social media? Yeah … social media is — shut up. Shut up. I’m sure she’s a nice person, but she’s … she’s probably a b—h. I hate her.”

“She’s probably a b—h,” another host added, as the insults proceeded to “bubblehead” and “bimbo” for the popular Andrews, who recently was promoted to FOX’s No. 1 NFL broadcast team with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.

Minihane soon realized what he had said.

“I’m gonna get in trouble for this,” he murmured.

Yep.
