Oasis singer’s park-side condo could be your Wonderwalls

You can have your own little “oasis,” if you purchase Liam Gallagher’s two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom, 1,575-square-foot condo, which is on the market for $4 million.

The ’90s British rock star who started the band Oasis with his brother Noel is putting his 17th-floor unit at the Essex House at 160 Central Park on the market.

The prewar unit in the landmarked 1931 building had been recently renovated and features coffered ceilings, wide-plank herringbone floors, central air conditioning and a chef’s kitchen with a 40-bottle wine cooler.

The unit comes with JW Marriott Essex House hotel amenities, including maid service, 24-hour room service, valet parking, plus a gym, spa and business center.

If unoccupied for one month or more, the apartment can also be rented through the hotel’s management.

Listing brokers Oren and Tal Alexander, of Douglas Elliman’s Alexander Team, declined to comment.

Piece of cake

Entenmann crumb cakes are notoriously rich — and so is the family. Today Charles and Wendy Entenmann are listing a very sweet deal: 6½ prime waterfront acres in Montauk on East Lake Drive for $24.95 million. The property consists of four separate, adjacent parcels. Two of the parcels are empty, sandwiching in a commercial lot consisting of two warehouses, a dock, a boathouse and a caretaker’s cottage; next to that is a lot with a two-bedroom cottage.

“Whoever buys this could create their dream property,” said Corcoran listing broker Gary DePersia.

When Harry met Sarky

Money maestro Soumyo Sarkar, the founder of Sumit Capital, has just bought an $11 million condo at Harry Macklowe’s 737 Park Ave., a former rental building transformed into a white-glove condo.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom unit, measuring 2,915 square feet, was originally asking $13.9 million.

It includes a corner living and dining room with a 42-foot-long expanse overlooking Park Avenue. The unit also features an eat-in chef’s kitchen with marble floors and counters, Miele stainless-steel appliances, quartered solid oak flooring, custom casement windows and a master bathroom outfitted with Italian marble, double sinks, soaking tub and heated floors.

We hear…

That Douglas Elliman’s Oren and Tal Alexander have joined the sales team to offload the five remaining Puck Building penthouses — where ex-hedgie David Ganek just bought a $28 million unit, as we revealed last week … that Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams has helped create the Maserati VIP Lounge for the third annual Art Southampton, which opens with a VIP preview on July 24. More than 80 galleries will be exhibiting works by more than 660 artists from 43 countries.
