11 of the most funny and fashionable stars

These lovely ladies aren’t afraid to make a fool of themselves on the screen, but their style is no joke. Here are some of our favorite moments, both on-screen and the red carpet.

Kristen Wiig – The impossibly funny one

Much like the $50 bill in this “SNL” skit, Kristen Wiig’s fashion sense is as “legit” as her comedic characters.

In April, she showed off her rocker style, wearing a J. Mendel dress at the “Hateship Loveship” premiere, a total opposite of her famous “SNL” characters. Thank goodness.

Emma Stone – The dainty delight

How so much spunk and pizazz comes out of such a petite frame we’ll never know! Emma Stone’s recent lip-syncing battle with Jimmy Fallon reminded us of her comedic roles of yore and makes us want to grab our hairbrushes and start singing in the mirror!

Olivia Munn – The Unexpected Comic

Wicka wicka wah! Olivia Munn clearly does a better beat box than we can write here. Her “Perfect Couples” character breaks down a beat just as well as she breaks down some serious style on the red carpet. Try to keep up.

Olivia stepped out in a J. Mendel top and skirt at the Spike TV Guys Choice Awards in June, looking like anything but one of the boys.

Aubrey Plaza – The sarcasm starlet

Aubrey Plaza’s character on “Parks and Recreation” always has a brassy comment locked and loaded for anyone that tries to say anything rational. What would life be without a little bit of silly banter like that in the below clip?

Plaza’s look in this printed Peter Pilotto dress at the “Palo Alto” premiere in May 2014 is the perfect mix of play and poise.

Sandra Bullock – The one who keeps us laughing

When Sandra Bullock showed us her dance moves in “The Proposal,” we had the opposite reaction of Betty White’s bewilderment and wanted nothing more than to exercise our terrible moves too!

Anna Chlumsky – The comeback kid

In “My Girl,” Anna Chlumsky captured our hearts. Years later, she’s back as the ballsy chief of staff in “Veep,” with so many silly moments it’s hard to pick just one.

Anna Chlumsky attended the 2014 CFDA Awards wearing a ladylike and just-wacky-enough Cynthia Rowley outfit.

Elizabeth Banks – The beauty with no shame

In “Walk of Shame,” Elizabeth Banks tramps around town looking like a  . . . well, a tramp, and we can’t help but reach for the tissues for tears brought on by laughter.

Elizabeth Banks looks anything but shameful, though, when she attended the “Walk of Shame” premiere in April wearing a retro Monique Lhuillier sheath dress.

Zosia Mamet – The one we can’t wait to see more from

What makes Zosia Mamet such a delight is that the style of her famed “Girls” character, Shoshanna, and her own tastes are so opposite that she always leaves us wondering what’s next.

Zosia Mamet attended the “X-Men: Days of Future Past” premiere wearing a crop top and wide-leg pants, both by Honor.

Portia de Rossi – The one we can’t forget

Portia de Rossi’s role in “Arrested Development” may be outgrown, but the show’s famous chicken dance is unforgettable. Her gumption on the show is worth a shout out just as much as her red carpet choices.

Debra Messing – The veteran

Seems as if our favorite vivacious redhead needed no coaxing to act a fool, belting out a song in front of Sandra Bernhard on “Will & Grace.” This seasoned actress continues to work and work
the red carpet.

Debra Messing attended the Spirit of Life Awards Luncheon wearing a black netted KaufmanFranco dress in May 2014.

Rose Byrne – The “how could we forget you” girl

It’s a good thing the poetic capabilities of Rose Byrne’s “Bridesmaids” character don’t overlap with her real-life fashion sense. But really, why are you so hilarious and how do we attain your impeccable style?
