Bouncer shot in neck at celebrity-studded NYC bar

A security guard was shot in the neck while trying to break up a fight at a celebrity-studded Upper Manhattan riverfront hot spot, where guests included rapper Fabolous and his entourage, police sources said Monday.

La Marina bouncer Andre Obert, 27, tried to break up the brawl at 11:45 p.m. Sunday inside the swanky hangout overlooking the Hudson River in Inwood, sources said.

As he intervened, one of the aggressors pulled a gun and fired a bullet into his neck, which exited his cheek, sources said.

Miraculously, Obert was still able to talk to investigators who responded to the scene, sources said.

He was then rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, cops said.

“The security guard is a good, hard-working guy just trying to make a couple extra bucks,” said a law-enforcement source. “He’s very lucky that he wasn’t seriously injured.”

The two feuding groups scattered from the club along with the gunman, who is still at large, sources said.

Brooklyn-born hip-hop star Fabolous and his entourage were not involved in the shooting, sources said.

“They were minding their own business. They were in no way involved in this attack,” said the source.

The location was shuttered in 2006 after the arrest of former NYPD cop Jerry O’Rourke, who was found guilty of selling drugs and was sentenced to 3 ½ years in prison.

But the hangout reinvented itself with a new name and new owners in 2012 and has drawn celebs such as Beyonce, Leonardo DiCaprio and even Mayor Bill de Blasio since.

Former Taxi and Limousine Drivers Federation President Fernando Mateo is part owner in the new venture.
