Doctor gets no-jail sentence for using upskirt pen cam

A disgraced pervert urologist who used a hidden camera to film up women’s skirts in Union Square got a no-jail sentence Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Adam Levinson, who plead guilty in January, was sentenced to five years’ probation for a single charge of unlawful surveillance by Justice Richard Carruthers.

According to Levinson’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, the snooping doctor voluntarily surrendered his medical license and it is temporarily suspended pending ongoing investigation.

Levinson was busted in July 2012 after he was caught filming up a woman’s skirt in the Union Square subway station using a camera attached to a rolled-up newspaper. Police later discovered 10 other videos of secretly recorded women when they seized the pen camera.

Levinson and his attorney declined to comment as they left court.
