Realtors filmed having sex in client’s home

Shocking new video footage exposed two real estate agents who turned a New Jersey home into a “cheap motel”-style spot for their secret sex trysts, the angry homeowner claims.

Richard Weiner of Denville claims security camera footage reveals Coldwell Banker realtors Richard Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan had at least 10 kinky romps in his pad — and even shacked up on his bed, he told the Post.

“They trashed my house, destroyed my memories,” Weiner said.

“The public should be aware of what could go on, when you hand someone the keys to your home … If Coldwell Banker’s realtors put as much effort into selling our home, as they did each other, we wouldn’t be in this situation today,” he said.

Weiner, who sued the real estate agents in December, hired the realtors to sell the house in 2010, handing over his keys once it hit the market in 2011, he said.

But instead of selling it, they jacked up the price of the pad to $650,000, so it would sit unsold and they could keep using it for steamy romps, he claims.

The footage, some of which was aired on Inside Edition, shows the real estate agents — both of whom are married to other people — kissing in his kitchen and having sex in his master bedroom in December 2011, Weiner claims.

In January 2012, Weiner and his wife discovered the intruders and called cops, who found Lindsay “pulling up his pants” at the scene, Weiner claims.

A spokesman for Coldwell Banker didn’t immediately return calls seeking comment.

Lindsay and Phelan are counter-suing for $1 million, claiming Weiner tried to blackmail them with the video footage.

Lindsay is a former Passaic County Board of Realtors president.

The real estate company said that they immediately ceased affiliation with the two real estate agents, who were independent contractors at the time.

“These agents have not listed or sold properties on our behalf since the allegation of misconduct at the home was first reported,” said a statement from Coldwell Banker.
