Cabby takes action after TSA agent stiffs him on airport dropoff

A uniformed TSA agent was arrested for stiffing a yellow cabbie on a fare from his Bronx home to LaGuardia Airport this afternoon, police said.

Arthur Pichardo, 27, took the car to Terminal C around 1 p.m., got out and told the driver he would return with the $23.33 payment, according to police.

He did not return back after half an hour, so the hack headed into the airport to find the guy and tracked him down at the screening area, the cabbie later told cops.

Port Authority Police arrived and cuffed Pichardo, who was on-duty at the screening point. He was charged with theft of service.

A baggage handler reportedly even told the driver that he’s not the first cabby to be stiffed by Pichardo.
