David Cone selling Upper East Side pad

Sales pitch

David Cone, the former Mets and Yankees pitcher with five World Series rings to his name, is selling his home base.

The current YES Network commentator is selling his four-bedroom, three-plus bathroom apartment at The Lucida at 151 E. 85th St., for $6.495 million — the unit was quietly shown at an open house yesterday. (Cone bought the unit for $3.76 million in 2011 for far less than its $4.34 million asking price.)

The 2,350-square-foot pad includes a bedroom wing, a chef’s kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of room for kids. Building amenities include an in-house spa — formerly La Palestra — with a full gym complete with free Pilates classes.

The space also boasts a lap pool and Jacuzzi with an outdoor area, a massage room, sauna, steam, locker room and a new basketball court.

There’s also a Kidville-designed playroom and an arcade with a foosball table and arcade games.

Spinning her own Webb

Former supermodel Veronica Webb — who, at 19, learned French from roomie/top designer Azzedine Alaïa — just took full ownership of an apartment at 15 Broad St. from her ex-husband George Robb Jr.

Webb is now married to Chris Del Gatto, co-founder of jewelry buying company Circa, who resigned as global CEO of Jacob & Co. in March to launch his own company, The Del Gatto Luxury Group.

Robb was last in the news after his ex-pal/business partner sued him for living in homes with Webb that were supposed to be sold or rented for profit.

Four of Robb’s siblings also unsuccessfully sued him for allegedly not giving them their fair share of their father’s trading firm, which Robb sold for $180 million.

A loft space to dye for

Ever wonder how stars like Christie Brinkley, Uma Thurman, Renée Zellweger, Kate Hudson and Julia Roberts end up with such perfectly highlighted locks?

They all go to Sharon Dorram, dubbed “colorist to the stars” on her website.

Dorram is now renting out her luxe prewar loft at 345 Greenwich St. for $14,500 a month.

The stylish (natch) fourth-floor, two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit is 2,219 square feet and comes with a woodburning fireplace. The loft’s study can be transformed into a third bedroom.

The unit comes with lots of storage, is wired for sound and includes a large, hidden TV screen over the fireplace along with a TV/video projector.

Broker Carol Staab, of Douglas Elliman, has the listing.

Dr. Greuner makes a house call

You know the ’hood has truly gentrified when the drummer of the ‘90s hit band Spin Doctors sells his East Village duplex to a real doctor.

David Greuner — named one of the country’s “most beautiful” doctors by TV show “The Doctors” last year — paid $3.25 million for drummer Aaron Comess’ duplex at 124 E. 13th St.

The 2,796-square-foot, three-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex comes with keyed elevator access, a chef’s kitchen and a 300-square-foot terrace with an outdoor shower, hot tub and gas line for a grill — along with a recording studio.

After two and a half decades in the East Village, Comess, as we previously reported, is moving to South Williamsburg.

Listing agent and former model Meghan Lowther, of Douglas Elliman, declined to comment.
