For just $1.2M, get this life-sized dollhouse (and all its tenants)

This Upper West Side apartment has all the fixings of a ritzy New York City condo: three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and a washer and dryer — and a wacky collection of dolls that will keep “living” there after it’s sold.

For just $1.2 million, a lucky investor can buy the pad as long as the two elderly antique dealers who live there get to stay with their dolls, trinkets and tchotchkes.

The walls are painted bright pink and purple, and haunting Chucky-like dolls are in every crevice of the 1,536 square-foot apartment.

In one room, a life-sized doll is leaning against a piano with a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. Framed photographs in bright colors line the walls, and the fireplace mantel is decorated with a dozen puppets.

“I have never seen anything like it,” said Aimee Fink, a Bond New York real-estate agent looking to sell the apartment at 243 West 98th St.

She put the apartment on the market four days ago, and has already fielded calls from several interested investors.

While one night in this apartment might have most people heading for the exit, Fink doesn’t need to find new tenants.

The couple who’ve been living in the apartment for the past 30 years plan on staying, and the new owner would make that part of the contract.
