A woman was found stabbed to death in a bathtub in Chinatown, and police are questioning her brother, sources said Sunday.
Meilin Liu, 57, had stab wounds on her body when she was discovered in the bathroom of her apartment on Eldridge Street around 6 p.m. Saturday, cops said.
The victim was in her pajamas, and there was no water in the tub, sources said.
Liu’s niece discovered the woman’s lifeless body. No one had spoken with or seen the victim for two days.
Investigators questioning Liu’s younger brother, who lived with her and hasn’t been seen since the body was discovered. He is being interviewed, but he has not been charged.
