A bicyclist was run over and killed by a van in a hit-and-run accident in Queens, cops said Monday.

The 40-year-old cyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was riding west on Rockaway Boulevard near 90th Street in Ozone Park around 9:40 p.m. Sunday when he sideswiped the passenger side of a black Mercedes Benz, cops said.

The cyclist was knocked off the bike and run over by a van, cops said. The driver initially stopped and got out of his car, but then hopped back in and drove away, cops said.

The victim was rushed to Jamaica Hospital with a severe head injury and later died, officials said.
