Katy v. Miley — Who has fiercest tour fashions?

It’s always fun to watch pop stars wage the who-wore-it-best war. It’s even better when said stars are Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry, given their penchant for glitter, cats and the obligatory twerking session.

Cyrus, fresh off her two-week-long hospital stay, kicked off the European leg of her “Bangerz” tour in London on Tuesday night, debuting four brand-spanking-new looks from her favorite bodysuit connoisseurs, The Blonds.

Perry mixed it up, designerwise, looking to Valentino, Moschino and Fausto Puglisi to dress her for the opening of her “Prismatic World Tour 2014” last night in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Both songbirds are rocking their fantastical sensibilities, but Perry gets the win for working a variety of styles in her wardrobe.

We’re kidding about the mellow part. Cyrus pairs her hooded bodysuit with a Tweety Bird-inspired coat, while Perry’s custom Moschino is full-on emoji overload.

We’re not sure how we feel about any of the styling choices here, but at least Perry matches her locks to her look.

Though we dig Cyrus’ detachable sequin and ostrich feather skirt, there’s pretty much no competition here: Perry’s poufy, psychedelic situation is perfectly fit for a pop diva.

Cyrus wears her mouth on her sleeve (or her bust, or her bum — take your pick, really) in this epic, sparkle-tastic 3-D creation of her signature pose.

Perry, on the other hand, puts her alter ego Kitty Purry in danger, what with this caged shark that looks ready to chomp her sweet little pink cat-eared hat.

Both singers love a good prop, and both full-on BRING IT here. Cyrus’ bodysuit features bills emblazoned with the pop star’s mug. And while her backpack is all fashion and no function, who cares?

Perry and her pony are equally coordinated; and while she fully owns her Fausto Puglisi embellished gladiator skirt and leotard, it’s really the matching headpiece that transforms Perry into a modern-day Cleopatra.

Point: Cyrus… For making it all look money, honey.

Cyrus leaves us wanting more in this relatively tame number. We’re not sure who designed it, but compared to her other looks designed by The Blonds, it reminds us of what would happen if an American Apparel employee got his or her hands on a glitter gun and a bodysuit.

Meanwhile, Perry goes full-on princess in this custom butterfly-embellished Valentino number. Her matching fairy hair and sunflower accoutrement might seem like overkill, but isn’t that why we love her?
