Donald Trump found not guilty in Florida condo trial

A Florida jury on Wednesday found The Donald not guilty of deceiving buyers in the high-rise oceanfront condominium into thinking he was the luxe building’s developer.

While named the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Trump had licensed his name to the troubled project, which collapsed under the weight of the Great Recession and was foreclosed upon in 2009.

During testimony at the civil court trial on Monday, Trump presented a document that indicated a second concern, SB Associates, was the developer.

Buyers John Taglieri and Michael Goodson sued Trump for $250,000 for unreturned deposits.
