US Parks Police arrested a repeat drunken driver in Fort Wadsworth, authorities said.

Martin Sanchez, 40, had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times over the legal limit when an officer spotted him near Fort Wadsworth Park at 5:20 a.m., Saturday, a Criminal Court complaint states.

Sanchez was slumped over inside his 1999 Chevy Tahoe, with his foot on the brake and the SUV in drive, the documents say.

When the cop knocked on his window and woke him up, Sanchez allegedly tried to get away, but the officer jumped into the SUV and stopped it.

Sanchez reeked of alcohol and wobbled when he got out of the vehicle, then flailed his arms to avoid being cuffed, the complaint says.

His blood-alcohol level allegedly registered at .22; the legal limit is .08.

It turned out that Sanchez had two prior arrests for drunken driving, in 2007 and 2010, and his license had been suspended, sources said.

He was charged this time with DUI, driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest, said a spokesman for District Attorney Dan Donovan.
