Two Staten Island men robbed and assaulted a livery cabdriver, cops said.

The victim picked them up at Grandview and Forest avenues at 4:40 a.m. Saturday, according to police.

Passenger Marquariel Smith, 36, asked the driver, “Is this the last fare?” then pal Michael Gord, 26, punched the victim in the face, the sources said.

The driver threw cash at the suspects, who allegedly took it and bolted.

Cops soon found the suspects, who were charged with robbery, and Gord was also charged with assault.


The Bronx

A teen was shot 10 times — and survived — in Baychester, cops said.

The victim was at Ely Avenue near Adee Avenue at 2:35 a.m. Saturday when he was struck by a hail of bullets, according to police.

He told investigators that a white vehicle pulled up moments before he was shot, but he couldn’t tell if the gunman was in the vehicle or on the street.

He suffered nine gunshot wounds to the legs and one to the left hand, cops said.

He was able to run inside the lobby of a nearby building, where EMS later tended to his wounds.

The teen is listed in stable condition at Jacobi Medical Center.

No suspects had been identified as of last night.


Brooklyn

A thief took a joyride in a pizza-delivery man’s car in Crown Heights and nearly ran over four cops, police said.

The delivery man, who works for Papa John’s, was outside a Ralph Avenue address Friday at 10:30 p.m., cops said.

He had just handed off a pie to a customer when Grey Richardson, 50, hopped into the car and sped off, the sources said.

Richardson was found seven blocks away in the 1999 Chrysler.

When he saw cops approaching, he attempted to drive off, nearly mowed down four uniformed officers and resisted arrest, the sources said. The cops were not harmed.

Police later learned he had a suspended license.

Richardson was charged with four counts of reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a vehicle, resisting arrest, criminal possession of stolen property and grand larceny.


Four crooks stole $8,000 worth of designer sunglasses from a Fort Greene store Friday, cops said.

The thieves entered a Cohen’s Fashion Optical on Flatbush Avenue Extension, where one of them acted as a lookout while his three accomplices grabbed the shades.

“It was top-of-the line [glasses],” a police source. “Whoever was involved certainly had champagne tastes for a criminal.”


Two armed men robbed a Midwood launderette, police sources said.

One of the suspects pulled a gun and the other a crowbar at the Atlantis Superwash Center on Coney Island Avenue near Avenue N at around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, according to sources.

The duo approached a 29-year-old worker and told him to open the register, the sources said. He forked over $600.

The suspects also robbed two customers, snatching $35 from one and $65 and a cellphone from another, the sources said.

A man was arrested at Kings County Hospital after authorities allegedly found lewd photos of children on a computer at the health ­facility.

Melvin Rosa,40 was nabbed by hospital police who then alerted the NYPD on Thursday at 2 p.m., police sources said.
