Curtis Sliwa’s ex-wife can’t use emails in child support fight

Curtis Sliwa’s ex-wife Mary cannot use salacious e-mails she claims prove his affair with Queens Borough President Melinda Katz in their child-support battle, a judge ruled Monday.

Manhattan Family Court Judge Margaret Morgan denied Sliwa’s request to toss Mary’s lawsuit — filed after the WABC radio personality tried to unilaterally slash his court-ordered support for his disabled 12-year-old son Anthony from $13,000 to $2,500 a month.

But Morgan also found that Mary had “irregularly” obtained X-rated messages between Sliwa and Katz detailing their alleged years-long affair and steamy sex life because she was blind-copied on her husband’s e-mail account.

Mary told The Post the e-mails are now a “moot” point and she only cares about getting support for her son.

“It’s just devastating for a child not to live with his dad and basically to lose his father,” Mary said.

Curtis, who lives with Katz and their two sons in Queens, declined to comment.
