Slotsa luck for mom-and-daughter pols

They sure have a lotto luck!

A year after Assemblywoman Carmen Arroyo claimed winnings of nearly $30,000 at an upstate casino, her City Councilmember daughter took in thousands from local gambling halls, according to financial-disclosure filings released Wednesday.

Bronx Councilmember Maria del Carmen Arroyo says her 2013 winnings — which were reported as ranging from $5,000 to $43,999 — came over time rather than from one lucky strike like her mom’s.

Carmen Arroyo has said her jackpot hit in 2012 came from a single $20 bill played on the penny slots at Saratoga Casino and Raceway.

“I visit the local racinos as a form of entertainment,” Maria del Carmen Arroyo told The Post. “The amount reported, which was just over $5,000, was won over the course of the year in small amounts.”

It was the only outside income over $1,000 reported by mother and daughter in their 2012 and 2013 financial disclosure forms.

Among other elected officials required to file annual financial disclosure forms, Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams copped to making a mistake after The Post inquired about a lack of reported rental income on last year’s form. Adams had reported up to $43,999 in rent from a 3-family brownstone he owns in Bedford-Stuyvesant. An aide said Adams’ would be filing an amended form that would reflect the $36,000 he collected.
