Tinder CEO in sex harass suit drew Barry Diller ‘d–k pic’

Barry Diller sure must be a forgiving guy.
Sean Rad, 27, is sitting pretty as Tinder’s chief executive despite allegedly describing his boss, IAC/InterActiveCorp Chairman Diller, as a d–k and texting a drawing of Diller as such, The Post has learned.
Word of the penis put-down emerged this week in an explosive lawsuit filed by Whitney Wolfe, a 24-year-old former Tinder exec who says she was sexually harassed by Rad and fellow co-founder Justin Mateen.
Wolfe was stripped of her title as co-founder of the hook-up app because she’s “a girl,” the suit claims.
Mateen, who pestered Wolfe in text messages for talking to other men, according to the suit, has since been suspended pending an IAC probe.

But Rad is safe, sources said, despite his alleged participation in the Diller division’s frat-house antics.
Rad, who is dating Alexa Dell, the daughter of tech honcho Michael Dell, was singled out in the lawsuit for dismissing Wolfe’s complaints about Mateen, even after he saw Mateen, 28, call her a “whore” at a company party, the suit claims.
Rad also threatened to fire Wolfe if she couldn’t get along with Mateen, despite the fact that she had been with the company longer than her foe, it is alleged.
Rad also texted Wolfe a picture of Diller’s initials in the shape of a penis while attending a meeting for IAC’s Match Group, which owns Tinder and popular dating site Match.com, according to a person with knowledge of the text.
The text was of a photo of a drawing of Diller’s initials, “BD,” formed into the shape of a penis, The Post has exclusively learned.
Diller’s name was written across the top of the page, followed by the letters “AKA” beneath it, followed by the penis picture, this person said.
The drawing was written on the stationery of the hotel that was hosting the meeting. Wolfe told her lawyer that she recognized the handwriting as Rad’s.
“[Rad] was not going to be responsible for reining in inappropriate conduct because he was participating in it,” Wolfe’s lawyer David Lowe said. “He was not going to be the adult in the room,” Lowe said.
A spokesman for IAC declined to comment on the penis picture, but the company has previously said that while it condemns Mateen’s inappropriate text messages, it believes that “Ms. Wolfe’s allegations with respect to Tinder and its management are unfounded.”
Rad could not be reached for comment.
Mateen, who was in a fraternity at the University of Southern California, often comes off as a rich and obnoxious guy, a pal of Wolfe’s told The Post.
Mateen is friendly with the cast of reality show “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills,” this person said. “Justin is the same as the ‘Rich Kids of Beverly Hills.’ They are basically a bunch of 20-somethings who are rich and obnoxious.”
Wolfe is feeling hurt by Rad and his gal pal Dell, this person said.
Dell, who met Rad on Tinder, was friends with Wolfe before the co-founder was fired, this person said.
“They all turned on her and it’s unfortunate,” she said. “They’re just a big bunch of bullies.”
