A Queens woman claims her 80-year-old employer sexually harassed her and that his son dismissed the constant barrage as senior moments, according to a lawsuit.
Lilia Sia was hired in 2009 to care for architect Eytan Kaufman’s ailing wife, but says in her Queens Supreme Court legal claim that the randy octogenarian regularly grabbed, groped and tried to kiss her.
When she told Kaufman’s son, Daniel, he said, “I thought he had already stopped doing that. He is already too old, and he is still doing that?” Sia claims in court papers.
Kaufman did not return messages for comment.
