Four New Jersey teens are facing charges after they allegedly sexually assaulted a drunken 15-year-old girl in an episode that was videotaped on an iPhone.
The victim was found by her parents unconscious on their front lawn after the brutal assault in June, according to the Bergen County prosecutor.
The four teens — 18-year-olds Justin Draper, Craig Howe and Ashari Wilson and one minor — were charged with aggravated sexual assault in Elmwood Park.
Wilson was also charged with manufacturing child pornography.
The girl was taken to a hospital, where tests showed her blood-alcohol level was .27, more than three times the legal driving limit.
Three weeks after the incident, she told police that she believed she had been involved in sexual activity with several men in the back yard of a home.
She later learned of cellphone video of her having sex with three individuals, and detectives recovered the video of the assault.
The girl could not recall the encounter but said she was informed by an acquaintance that they had engaged in sexual activity that night.
