Cop who scammed NYPD says he was fired for reporting discrimination

An ousted cop who pleaded guilty last year to scamming the NYPD out of $6,000 in phony expenses is suing the city for $3 million, claiming an anti-Semitic boss had him fired for reporting discrimination.

Michael Bazerman claims supervisors at the Manhattan district attorney’s wiretapping squad flung slurs such as “beady-eyed bagel-Jew.”

A city Law Department spokesman said, “We will review the lawsuit when we are served.”
