Bronx woman claims Planet Fitness boss forced her into sex

A formerly homeless Bronx woman was so terrified of returning to life on the street that she endured months of harassment — including sexual favors — from a lecherous boss at Planet Fitness, a new federal lawsuit claims.

Daniela Hernandez, 25, says she was hired at the Grand Concourse branch of the gym chain last July.

A month after she started, her manager set the tone, saying, “I hired you with my penis, not with my brains,” the woman claims in her Manhattan federal suit.

In the suit, filed by attorney Derek Smith, she says she obeyed the demands because she “could not risk becoming homeless again.”

A Planet Fitness corporate spokeswoman said, “The particular location you reference is owned and operated by an individual franchisee. As a matter of policy, we do not comment on pending litigation, particularly litigation to which we are not a party.”

A manager at the location did not return a call for comment.
