MTA cop caught shoving man files suit to get job back

An MTA cop who was caught on video shoving a man to the ground in Penn Station filed a lawsuit to get his job back.

Michael Matrisciano filed the suit in Brooklyn Federal Court after he was benched for the video which was posted online.

In the YouTube clip from New Year’s Eve 2010, the MTA cop can be seen approaching a man with another officer before violently flinging him to the ground.

A second video, uploaded by Matrisciano himself, shows an MTA rubbing his crotch, according to court papers.

That video has been removed from the web.

Matrisciano has been suspended without pay from the MTA while an arbitrator decides whether he will be terminated.
