Jon Bon Jovi checks out apartments in Nolita

New Jersey state treasure, Jon Bon Jovi, and his lovely wife, Dorothea, just toured Jared Kushner’s Puck Building in Nolita. Sources told Gimme Shelter that the couple looked at most of the units, from around $21 million up to around $60 million for the top-priced unit — the prices are about to be officially listed, sources tell us. The Puck condos run from 4,895 square feet to 7,000 square feet.

Regal Kriegels

Speaking of Bon Jovi, William and Loraine Kriegel (whom the rocker traded real estate with back in 2007) just bought a 14th-floor unit at 135 E. 79th St., the new condo building, for $11.82 million after finally selling their eighth-floor unit at 40 Bond St. for $23.5 million back in November. The Kriegels originally had the David Mann-designed NoHo apartment on the market for $27 million, and it included a 20-foot-deep terrace, with Jeff Mendoza landscaping.

Before 40 Bond, the Kriegels bought the New Museum building at 158 Mercer St. and sold the penthouse to Bon Jovi for $24 million. Bon Jovi had it unofficially listed for years at $45 million, after extensive renovations. He then listed it at $42 million. It was last asking $39 million before it was taken back off the market six weeks ago — without a buyer.
