Dina Lohan gets into ice cream cake brawl at LI shop

No cake for you!

Lindsay Lohan’s mom reportedly got into a scuffle with a staff member at a Long Island ice cream shop while trying to buy a cake for son’s 14th birthday, it was reported today.

Dina Lohan walked into a Carvel in East Meadow on Wednesday at about 5 p.m. and flashed the clerk a Carvel “75th Anniversary Celebrity Ice Cream Card “– modeled after the American Express Black Card that was given to celebrities last year.

That’s when the clerk asked for identification, according to RadarOnline.com

The card, given to celebrities such as Lohan’s daughter Lindsay, entitles the bearer to free Carvel ice cream for 75 years.

“The shop assistant said, ‘Do you have ID?'” Dina Lohan told RadarOnline.com. “Next minute he grabbed my arm and took my card and held it hostage and wouldn’t give me the cake!”

Lohan, 47, said the card actually belonged to her daughter Ali, 16.

‘”Next minute, four cop cars showed up, there’s a police helicopter over head and this guy makes it seem to the cops that I’m trying to use a stolen credit card,” she said.

Carvel corporate spokeswoman Ashley Swann told Newsday today that Lohan “became upset and rude with the employees who would not meet her demands, the card was confiscated.”

He said Lohan called Nassau County cops, who responded and “decided to return the card to her with the instruction that she not try to use it again. Carvel regrets this unfortunate situation and apologizes to the Lohan family if they didn’t fully understand the rules surrounding our Black Card promotion.”
