Michael Douglas, wife are the happiest couple on earth

Now here’s really something to be thankful for!

Looking tanned, fit and happy, mega-star Michael Douglas took wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and their young kids on a family trip to Disney World yesterday to celebrate the end of his grueling treatment for cancer.

Smiling broadly, he and his gorgeous “Chicago” star wife joined an equally famous and happily married couple, Minnie and Mickey, in front of the Christmas tree at Disney World’s Epcot Center.

Their grinning kids, Dylan, 10, and Carys, 7, looked like they couldn’t wait for a day of fun at the Florida theme park.

The couple had still another reason to celebrate — their 10th wedding anniversary was a week ago today.

Michael finished his radiation and chemotherapy last month and doctors told him that he has a 70 to 80 percent chance to make a full recovery.

As far as Douglas’ future plans go, his dad, Kirk, told Britain’s Sky News he spoke to his son Tuesday and “he’s very good.”

“He’s much stronger now. He’s eating and he’s feisty.”

The 93-year-old, who was interviewed in Los Angeles where he was helping to prepare Thanksgiving dinners for the homeless, said they spoke about his son’s next picture, “Liberace,” a film about the iconic piano player.

Michael had still another reason to be pleased — he won a first-round victory in a vicious legal fight with his former wife, Diandra, who wants half of the millions he earned for reprising his famous role as financial villain Gordon Gekko in the sequel to “Wall Street.”

A Manhattan judge ruled that he had no jurisdiction and the case should be heard in California.
